Last week’s REIWA snapshot recorded 764 sales transactions across Perth, with activity easing slightly compared to the previous week. House sales were down approximately 7.9%, while land sales strengthened significantly, rising more than 40%. Listings have also lifted, with around 2,710 properties currently on the market - an increase month-on-month, though still well below levels seen this time last year.
