The Franco family has continued to sell its property portfolio as the billionaire dynasty builds what is to become WA’s biggest home.

Mario and Maggie Franco were recently revealed to have listed their five-bedroom, six-bathroom house on Hobbs Avenue, Dalkeith.

And now their son Michael and his wife Leanne have listed their opulent Dalkeith luxury home on Circe Circle.

The patriarch’s 3500sqm build is set to beat the floor space of Alan Bond’s former home in Dalkeith, which was 3012sqm.

The 2800sqm homes on either side are owned by Michael and his brother Robert, with each of the three homes having space for 16 cars.

Mario founded the industrial company Fero Group, with his sons working as finance director and managing director until it was acquired by DSI in 2018.

Michael and Leanne’s property on Circe Circle was listed on July 28 by Peter Robertson, of William Porteous.
